For decades now, popular culture has been idolizing critters of all shapes and sizes. Lady and the Tramp, 101 Dalmation, Finding Nemo, The Aristacats, and now some God-awful movie calle Beverly Hills Chihuahua... good lord that movie looks terrible, but where's the love for the coolest little fuzzy friends on the planet?<br /><br />For millions of years, the platypus has been held down by the cuter and more cuddly members of the animal kingdom. While Meercats and Chimps are getting all the screen time and publicity, the platypus has been hanging out in Australia, sitting in a dark den listening to emo music and rocking back and forth in the fetal position. Now, everyone knows that emo kids are fun to pick on and make fun of their crappy music and silly hair, but when tormented enough, emos can explode. Good question, probably because I spend a lot of time being bored. Bored with the tasks of ever day life. Get up, go to work, stare at a computer, go home, eat, watch an hour of horrible TV programming and go to bed. Don't get me wrong, sometimes a day's events can deviate from the norm but... they usually don't.<br /><br />Now, I'm writing this out of sheer boredom so if you are reading this, you must be equally as bored. Therefore, we are now a team of bored humans trying to find some amusement in our lives.
